Recovery Care Plan offers a one-stop virtual IT
department and on-site support to take care of
all your IT requirements – however small or
large.

Levels of service available:
Platinum 4 hour response followed by a
8 hour guaranteed
fix or replacement of computer hardware.
Gold 8 hour response followed by a 8 hour guaranteed
fix or replacement of
computer hardware.
Silver 8 hour response. Labour only.
Following an initial consultation and risk
assessment ON-SITE Computer Solutions will
construct your own individual Resolution Plan to
address existing issues and areas of
vulnerability, and a Commercial IT Development
plan to provide preventative maintenance of
systems and ensure effective commercial IT
development.
